Wedding Coordination

Perfect for the couple who’s planned every detail but wants to be fully present and stress-free on the big day. Our coordination package steps in four weeks before your wedding to ensure everything you’ve worked so hard to organize comes together seamlessly.

We’ll check in monthly during your planning journey to help keep things on track. As your wedding day approaches, we’ll meet to review your timeline, vendor contracts, design elements, and all the important details involving your wedding party and family.

This package includes a venue walk-through to help us visualize your dream and bring it to life within the space. Perfect Day Planning will manage your rehearsal and oversee your entire wedding day from start to finish—serving as the main point of contact for all vendors, managing setup and teardown, and supporting your wedding party every step of the way.

Full Service Planning

Planning a wedding can easily feel like a full-time job, but with our Full-Service Planning package, you'll have an experienced partner to guide you every step of the way. We’ll begin by getting to know you and your fiancé, crafting a personalized budget, finding your ideal venue, and curating a dream team of vendors aligned with your vision. From managing timelines and scheduling meetings to creating a custom design that reflects your style, we take care of the details so you can enjoy both the process and the celebration.

This package also includes all Month-of Coordination services: monthly planning check-ins, a detailed meeting to review your timeline, vendor contracts, and design elements, a venue walk-through, full rehearsal coordination, and complete wedding day management—including setup, teardown, and acting as the main point of contact for your vendor team. With us by your side, you'll be free to soak in every moment without the stress.
